Volgraf knew about this van’s permanant parking space next to People’s Park, so we rolled up for this drive by shot.

Toyota Truck (Downtown Berkeley)
The cyclop sun on the hood of this one kind of freaks me out.

Dodge Ram Van (North Berkeley)
Apparently I had been driving by this one rather frequently to and from campus. I think it belongs to a band or something based on the names listed on the back (not pictured). The graffiti is among the most “wall like” that I’ve seen.

VW Golf (West Albany)
Melissa and I happened upon this one walking over to the Albany Waterfront Park, which has some strange art in its own right. The decoration here is rather mundane, but it’s not often that a Volkswagen is customized like this.

Toyota Tercel (MacArthur, Oakland)
This was the first “Berkeley Car” that I had my camera available for. Jim Dandy and I were at a garage sale across the street (you can see it in the background there), and since I probably wasn’t going to be in this area ever again, I decided I had to grab a shot of this beauty. Incidently, I bought a copy of Mysterys of Pittsburgh at the garage sale for 50 cents, so it was a solid score all around. While it’s basic theme is just hippy-graffiti, it’s one of my favorites.
